1. Liability Disclaimer: You (the client) are personally liable for your horse(s) in the event of injury or damage sustained to or by your horse(s). All horse(s) and equipment are transported at the owner's risk. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure proper insurance coverage for their horse's travel, including public liability/risk insurance. ARW Horse Transport accepts no liability for any injuries caused during transportation.
2. Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least five days prior to the transport date. Alternatively, payments can be transferred to another date if space is available. Cancellations within five days of the transport date (excluding the collection date) are non-refundable.
3. Payment Options: Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or debit/credit cards via a payment link. The full transport fee is due at the time of booking.
4. Pricing: Please contact ARW Horse Transport for a quote. Additional stabling beyond what is provided during the journey must be arranged and covered by the owner.
5. Veterinary Care: In the event of urgent veterinary care being required and the owner is unreachable, ARW Horse Transport reserves the right to contact a vet on the owner's behalf. The owner remains responsible for all veterinary & emergency charges.
6. Loading & Travel: Clients are responsible for ensuring their horse(s) load and travel safely and without issue. It is the client’s responsibility to load and unload the horse. Any concerns should be communicated to ARW Horse Transport prior to transportation.
7. Dangerous or Infectious Horses: ARW Horse Transport will not handle horse(s) deemed dangerous, suffering from infectious diseases, or those in contact with such animals. The client is liable for any losses, injuries, or damages resulting from non-disclosure.

8. Behaviour Policy: ARW Horse Transport reserves the right to refuse transportation or return the client's horse to the collection address if it displays dangerous behaviour. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
9. Timeliness: Collection and destination times are estimates, considering factors such as traffic. ARW Horse Transport strives to minimise journey duration but cannot control external factors.
10. Reasonable wear and tear to our horsebox is included in the transportation fee. However, you will be responsible for covering repair costs for any significant damage caused by your horse(s). Invoices for excessive damage will be issued upon inspection, with payment due upon receipt. You have the option to inspect the horsebox for existing damage before the journey upon request. We advise ensuring your horse(s) are adequately insured, including public and personal liability, as well as veterinary cover during transport.
11. Your horse(s) must travel with their passport, which must be handed to the driver before the journey begins. Failure to provide the passport will result in your horse(s) being offloaded, and no refund of the transport fee will be issued.
